Our Approch

Maruti Soft's Instructional Designers are highly qualified and create a programme structure based on your needs. By working closely with your subject matter expert (SME) they assess the learning objectives required and how they can be achieved. They also provide the best methods of evaluating the success of the programme and how it can be measured through assessment or interactive scenarios.

The design and development team at Maruti Soft can create any type of asset whether 2D or 3D graphics, animation, interactivity or audio and video. Working in conjunction with the Instructional Designers and the SME, our team produces content rich media that satisfies the needs of the programme. We also take into consideration any technical limitations that you may have and strive to make sure ultimate performance is achieved on any platform.

Instructional Design

Since the beginning we have always tried to understand client requirements and deliver to them the most appropriate solution. This approach has resulted in a number of happy clients who are leaders in their own field.

Our Instructional Design Approach focuses on Learner. Our approach is learner-centric. We begin with a deep understanding of the training needs and audience types. We embed ourselves into clients’ learning environment. Being learner centric, we never ignore organizational needs. Our eLearning solutions are designed to align with organizational goals, the effectiveness and sustainability in the long run. We strive hard to strike a balance between learner and organizational needs.

Our course design is based on a learning cycle which typically has 4 stages:

Experiencing: Every individual will have an experience. We aim to provide an overview to the subject based on prior knowledge by means of Icebreakers/Questions used to engage learners.

Learning: In this stage, information is transferred or knowledge is acquired.

Application: We present case studies or assessments that mimic real life scenarios wherein the learner would apply the newly acquired knowledge.

Adaptation: Provide support for the learner to transfer the gained knowledge to his/her contextual needs.

We strictly adhere to ASTD eLearning Courseware Certification (ECC) Standards to deliver courses of high standards and of unmatched quality.

Elearning Process

The design and protocol of our methods is briefly explained as below:

Evaluation: Ideally any project with us begins by investing a thorough understanding in the scope and in defining the requirements of our clients. In the conceptual stage we make it obligatory to help the client and learn the requirements that are aimed not only at imparting knowledge to the client but also in sync with the business requirements and maintenance. We then analyze and determine appropriate media, content structure, technology tools and project customization that are to be employed for a successful outcome.

Design: Our deliverables are of great assistance to gain knowledge and apply it to improve individual productivity and in turn organizational performance. Our E-Learning services portfolio includes conversion of manuals or books to custom E-Learning, Custom design and standard training programs to translate the needed deliverables into multiple languages to cater as per the clients regional / ethnic preferences.

Development: By using a systematic approach to development it ensures that the programmes we produce are focused to the client requirements and provide a truly interactive experience. Our policy is to create one fully interactive module or section of the programme which requires reviewing and sign off before the remaining content is completed. This method ensures that the programme is on the right track and the common vision is shared.

Implement: The implementation plan is probably the most difficult part of the e-Learning solution since the plan must define an architecture that meets the program goals and that is within the program budget. The term architecture here refers to everything that is used to support and implement the e-Learning .The overall structure of the e-Learning architecture is very complex but can be more easily visualized by dividing it into layers, where each layer represent a well defined function. Consider each layer as a building block that is used to support the layers above it.

The three most significant layers are as follows:
1. Hardware Layer: Hardware used to run the e-Learning.
2. Application Layer: Software used to run the applications on the Hardware Layer.
3. Process Layer: Procedures used to create, run, deliver and measure the effectiveness of the eLearning program.

Improve Customer Loyalty

Customer loyalty is like currency – it has value! And the benefits it delivers are myriad – from customer retention, repeat business, word of mouth marketing, and improved profitability to gaining competitive advantage.
Many factors such as product quality, price, and flexibility influence customer loyalty and yet the most significant of these factors is customer service. Organizations often assume that their employees understand the importance of good customer service and care about their customers. In reality, they may not.

Maruti Soft  can help you:

1. Educate your employees to deliver a great experience, anticipate needs of the customers, and invest in the right customers.

2. Engage and motivate your customer service and sales staff by helping them understand the impact their role has on the organization.

3. Improve employee customer service skills such as communication, listening, and problem-solving.

4. Equip employees to deal effectively with customers and resolve their issues.
